To help our doctors and staff to provide the best care, please note the following:

Please bring (if you can):
- your referral letter from your doctor
- Medicare and Health Fund information/card
- Scans, reports, test results & correspondence that may assist
- a family member if you wish

You (or your contact person) will receive an automated text message 1-2 days prior to confirm your appointment. Please respond to this text to confirm. If you need to reschedule, please ring/email our practice in addition. We appreciate advance notice of the need to reschedule so that other patients waiting to be seen could utilise the appointment.

Fees
- will be advised to you when making your booking
- medicare rebates apply for eligible patients with a current medical referral
- credit card (VISA/Mastercard) and EFTPOS are the accepted payment methods (no cash please)
